ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
You can request deletion of your YourGameBase account and the personal account data connected to it. You do not need the App to start a request from this page.
DELETE VIA THE WEBSITE
Enter the email address used for your YourGameBase account. For privacy, this page always gives the same response whether or not an eligible account exists.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
After you confirm the secure email link, deletion is scheduled through the existing YourGameBase account-deletion authority. You have 14 days to change your mind. During that recovery period, the existing sign-in/cancel flow can cancel the scheduled deletion.
AFTER FINAL DELETION
After the recovery period, the central deletion authority removes the personal account and My GameBase data. Existing ratings may remain only in anonymized form.
Some information may be retained where there is a valid legal, security, rights-management or administrative reason, as described in the Privacy Policy.
